Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a wonderful spacious room with a lovely ensuite bathroom with a bath, but unfortunately, the view was onto a terrible sight of old, broken-down, pigeon-infested buildings. The instant coffee provided in the room was not appealing.
The hotel rooms were very large but lacked furniture, requiring a heater to warm up, making the stay uncomfortable. However, the service was incredibly helpful and welcoming, ideal for a family weekend getaway. The location offered access to surrounding areas, but the facilities showed signs of aging and needed updating. The dining experience fell short of expectations with limited breakfast options.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely view of the gardens. The power shower was amazing, and the four-poster bed was comfortable providing excellent value for money. However, the WiFi signal didn't reach my room, and it could get quite hot despite opening the windows.
